An obvious truth
I want to begin with an obvious truth - every single person is unique (including me and you) - completely individual, not like any other alive now, in the past, or in the future.
I think this is awesome!
And challenging too.
How we’ve learned to be
Most of us have lived much of our lives according to what we’ve learned is the ‘right’ way to be, the right way to succeed, the right way to look, etc. - the safe way, the way to fix problems to feel better or avoid feeling vulnerable.
And this works to a point.
Until it doesn’t.
When it no longer works
For many of us there comes a time when we experience the painful tension between how we’ve done it in the past and what feels authentic and true now.
The shift to Self-Leadership
The shift from living ‘outside-in’ to living ‘inside-out’ requires courage and commitment, and can be uncomfortable. Yet once achieved is liberating, exhilarating, empowering, peaceful and fun!
But how can we change the way we’ve always done it?

I like to believe that as we each bring our unique inner essence and authentic presence to our day-to-day interactions and actions we become a personal force for good and a ‘tuning fork’ in our communities that others naturally resonate with.
