group coaching

Growing, transforming and healing with others creates a dynamic, supportive and often deeply moving experience. As we witness and support one another, each person’s discoveries can open something for everyone else. Relationships deepen, development accelerates, and the whole group grows through the work of each individual.

    PARTNERS

An opportunity to work together with one or more people who matter to you — a life partner, business partner, or people with whom you share a project, purpose or something you care about.

Learning to communicate more openly and honestly, understand each other more deeply, and create greater trust can be transformative — for each person, for the relationship, and for what becomes possible together. When there’s more space, understanding and connection between you, the partnership itself can become more creative, dynamic and generative.

Partnerships can be immensely fruitful and fulfilling — and they’re not always easy. Precisely because they matter to us, they can touch some of our deepest patterns and sensitivities, making them a rich and powerful place for learning, growth and creating something new together.

    FRIENDS & COLLEAGUES

These group sessions are shaped around what each person brings — what they’re navigating, what they’d like to change, and the aspirations or possibilities they want to move towards. Together, we create a supportive and dynamic space where people learn through their own experience and through witnessing and supporting one another.

Seeing other people’s parts and patterns at work can illuminate our own. One person’s insight, shift or breakthrough can spark something in another, and each person’s growth creates movement and possibility for the whole group.

The support can continue beyond the sessions too. Friends and colleagues are encouraged to support one another between meetings, with simple structures, exercises and ideas to help keep the learning — and the momentum — alive.

testimonial

“I’m a happier person in both my personal and professional life.

Instead of reacting impulsively in triggering situations I’m now able to manage my responses better and choose how and if I want it to continue. If I sense an argument coming up I am able to pause, shift my perspective and choose my response more thoughtfully.

I used to find it tiring to listen. Now I am able to be a more active and open listener and approach difficult conversations with curiosity without this putting weight on my mental health. I give others space to talk, I genuinely listen to them. I’m able to put myself in their shoes and help them find things themselves. People are opening up more to me - family, friends, colleagues and clients.

I’m so glad I let myself participate fully in the coaching.”
